i'm not a sucker anymore
You know those things you buy every week with your groceries that make you wonder: "How hard it would be to make this myself?" Today I came home from a friends' place in the country with two such household products, AND the means for them to reproduce themselves! Behold: the Liberte Organic Kefir (fermented effervescent milk product) I used to buy, and next to it a small colony of my very own kefir grains, working their magic on some local milk!
