What does one do with pickling cucumbers this size?! This summer I decided to use my Topsy Turvy Planter to grow mini-cukes rather than chocolate cherry tomatoes in the hopes of producing my very own batch of heaven: Dill Pickles. DP's have always been and continue to be my favourite food - and now that I'm pregnant I'm experiencing something close to a love affair with any kind of DP I can get my hands on. While these bad boys continue to proliferate on my back deck, I need to find the ultimate DP recipe. Suggestions or your favourite recipes welcome!Some possibilities I'm exploring:
