Yup...it's time to "harden off" my babies for the gardening season. These seedlings have been at times a delight, at others like an albatross around my neck, as it's taken many of them almost 10 weeks to grow to their current size! Sweet Basil, leeks, parsley, Lemon Boy and Golden Cherry and Montreal Tasty tomatoes, and the leggiest bunch of pickling cucumbers imaginable. They're ready(well, I'm ready
for them) to leave home and tough it out in the real world. May 24 weekend is soon upon us, and
Hardiness Zone 5a gardeners like myself will be doing the same across this part of the world. We'll see how they fare overnight.
