This is an image and recipe I found on the website for the awesome magazine Mother Earth News: Quick and Easy Non-stop Pickles. Apparently you can pickle cucumbers indefinitely and continuously with a jar of good vinegar, some herbs and cucumber slices all in the fridge - this, to me, is a revelation!
